Arena of the Void explores time, space, human relationships, and labor through mirrored televisions and ping-pong interactions. One set of TVs shows a person playing ping-pong with themselves, while another set depicts a tug-of-war between two sides. The mirrored screens and moving ping-pong balls symbolize duality, repetition, and relational dynamics, highlighting the tension between self and others, reality and illusion.

The disappearing ping-pong ball and rope evoke rupture, transition, and invisible forces that shape interactions, while the repeated actions reflect the cyclical nature of time, labor, and effort. By placing the TVs on different pedestals, the work creates spaces that are both independent and interconnected, disrupting linear perceptions of time and space.

Through simple visual elements, the installation transforms a seemingly playful action into a multilayered meditation, examining human connection, the continuity of labor, and the interplay between presence and absence.
